A strong emphasis on helping students build a global mindset means our curriculum is focused not only on meeting secondary schools needs, but also helping students see the immediate relevance of what they learn.
With class discussions, peer evaluation and ample opportunities to ask questions in a nurturing environment, your child will learn new ideas and perspectives in every lesson.
Frequent practices, skill-based modules and content based on real-world issues help your child learn what's needed for school and enjoy learning. Such materials cover topics, methods, techniques and processes so your child can handle the increasingly complex content and tasks throughout secondary school.
"Classes were really chill. It was serious. It was light-hearted. My teacher made difficult topics really easy to understand. It’s true! She spoke in simple English and made things easy to understand.
The topics we covered were interesting but I wouldn’t know about them if I had not attended TLL lessons. The materials here were “next level” — you learnt more than your friends learnt in school.
In school, they would only teach exam techniques when it’s close to the exam. People started to panic, but at TLL, you start with all the techniques. Technique-wise, TLL lessons were good. There’s structure to how we tackle tasks and students like it. It is obvious, for TLL lessons, what the structure is."
